How does Fit a Plug work?

If you already have or just bought a second-hand Atlas Cable, this gives you the option to terminate it to your system specifications. Here's how it works:

  • Add the plug to the basket: Go to the Fit a Plug page and add the plug you want to your basket.

  • Enter your payment and delivery details: Provide your payment information and shipping address.

  • Specify what you would like to be done: In the Special Instructions box, let us know what you need us to do with the cable, such as crimping connectors, adding a strain relief, or terminating the cable to a specific specification.

  • Submit the order: Click the Submit Order button to finalise your request.

  • Send us the cable: Once we've processed your order, pack the cable securely and send it to us.

How does Warranty Repair Work?

If your cable needs to be repaired under warranty, simply follow these steps:

  • Contact us at Atlas Cables to find out what products you will need.
  • Go to the relevant Fit a Plug product and add to your basket.
  • ​​​​​​​Add in the Warranty Repair code which will be provided to you.
  • Click Checkout.
  • ​​​​​​​Add in your Return Delivery Address.
  • Select your Return Delivery Method.
  • Select your Payment Method.
  • Specify what you would like to be done: In the Order Instructions box, let us know what you need us to do with the cable, such as replacing a damaged connector or fixing a faulty wire
  • Submit the order: Click the Submit Order button to finalise your request.
  • Send us the cable: Once we've processed your order, pack the cable securely and send it to us.
