1.  General

1.1. These terms and conditions apply to ALL goods supplied by us.
1.2. No contract exists between you and us until we receive and accept your order, receive full payment, and ship the goods. The legal contract is formed at this point.
1.3. An order acknowledgment will be sent via email when you place your order, but the acceptance of your offer to buy the goods happens after your payment is taken and the goods are shipped. This creates a binding legal contract subject to these terms and conditions.
1.4. We may change these terms and conditions without notice for future sales.
1.5. The contract is subject to your right of cancellation (Section 7).
1.6. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.

2. Description of the Goods

2.1. The description and price of the goods you order will be as shown on our website at the time you place your order.
2.2. The goods are subject to availability, and if they are not in stock upon receiving your order, we will inform you as soon as possible.
2.3. Many of the goods we sell are technical, and detailed specifications are not always practical to publish. Drawings, descriptions, specifications, and advertising on our website provide approximate descriptions of the goods.

3. Price of the Goods
3.1. We make every effort to ensure that prices on our website are accurate. If there is an error, we will inform you and provide the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
3.2. In addition to the price, you may need to pay postage and delivery charges, Value Added Tax, and other taxes.
3.3. Goods marked as 'Free' items under promotional offers are treated as components of the primary goods sold.

4. Payment
4.1. Payment for goods, postage, and delivery charges can be made by any method shown on our website when you place your order.
4.2. Payment is due before the delivery date, and no delivery occurs until cleared funds are received.
4.3. Credit account invoices (unless agreed otherwise) must be paid within 30 days of our invoice, with the right to charge interest on overdue amounts.

5. Delivery
5.1. Orders placed before 12:00 pm on Monday-Friday will usually be processed the same day, subject to stock availability.
5.2. The goods will be delivered to the address provided when you place your order.
5.3. If we cannot deliver to your address for reasons under our control, we will inform you and refund the payment.
5.4. If you fail to take delivery, we may store or sell the goods.
5.5. If you cancel your contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, we will refund or re-credit you within 30 days.
5.6. We aim to deliver goods as soon as possible, but we are not liable for reasonable or unavoidable delays.
5.7. Time for delivery is not critical, and we may deliver in advance of the quoted date.
5.8. Upon receiving your order, you may be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. Failure to do so may affect warranty claims.
5.9. You have 48 hours upon receipt to notify us of any missing items or discrepancies.
5.10. We reserve the right to change your shipping method without notification if your chosen method is not feasible. If needed, we will choose the least expensive method.
5.11. For International orders, we may contact you for an additional shipping charge if the actual weight significantly exceeds the charged shipping cost.
5.12. If you receive an incorrect item, we may ship the correct item using an alternative method, with return shipping costs covered for the incorrect item if basic postal services are used.
5.13. We may not always require a customer's signature upon package delivery, and once delivered, our delivery obligations are fulfilled.
5.14. Stolen or missing packages after delivery are not our responsibility.
5.15. While we provide delivery instructions to couriers, we cannot guarantee their compliance.

6. Risk/Title
6.1. The goods are at your risk from the time of delivery.
6.2. Ownership does not pass from us to you until we receive full payment for the goods.

7. Your Right of Cancellation
7.1. You have the right to cancel the contract within 60 days for cables and 30 days for other goods, starting from the day after the goods are received.
7.2. To exercise your right of cancellation, written notice must be provided to us by letter or email.
7.3. If you cancel after the goods are delivered, it's your responsibility to return them at your own cost to our address.
7.4. Once you notify us of cancellation, we will refund or re-credit you within ten working days of receiving the returned goods, deducting any postage costs.
7.5. Failure to return goods as required may result in a charge not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.
7.6. Restocking fees may apply for items returned in unsuitable resale condition.
7.7. Custom-made products cannot be returned.
7.8. While we strive for specified lengths, variations may occur in subsequent orders of the same custom cable.

8. Returns
8.1. All returns follow our published Returns Policy.
8.2. For cables, the policy allows for 14 days unless specified otherwise. For other goods, returns are accepted within the first 14 days for a full refund, including VAT, under certain conditions.
8.3. Cancellation notice must be given in writing within specific days, and goods must be handled with care.
8.4. Goods must be returned in complete form, including packaging and accessories, unless faulty.
8.5. Return goods in their original packaging, and return carriage costs are your responsibility.
8.6. Custom-made cables cannot be returned.
8.7. If items are canceled or returned, resulting in the total order amount falling below £99, free delivery is not eligible.
8.8. In cases of returns after the first 14 days, delivery costs are your responsibility.
8.9. Import duties and taxes are excluded from refunds.
8.10. If you cancel an order after shipping or fail to pay duties and taxes at international destinations, the refund will be processed upon the return and receipt of the order by us, with reduced shipping costs deducted.
8.11. We will refund or re-credit you within ten working days for any amount paid.

9. Warranty
9.1. All goods have a 12-month warranty from the date of supply.
9.2. The warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence, use other than recommended, failure to follow instructions, or unauthorized alteration or repair.
9.3. Notify us in writing of damaged goods on delivery or defects during the warranty period.
9.4. Carriage costs for returning defective goods are your responsibility.
9.5. If goods are found defective, we will send a working replacement, or offer a refund if replacement is not possible.

10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the goods.
10.2. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage.

11. Images
11.1. Drawings, illustrations, and product images are for illustrative purposes only and do not form part of this agreement.
11.2. These technical documents should not be copied, reproduced, or communicated to any third party without our prior written consent.

12. Data Protection
12.1. We will take reasonable precautions to keep your order and payment details secure. We are not liable for unauthorized access unless we are negligent.

13. Applicable Law
13.1. These terms and the goods' supply are subject to Scottish law, and Scottish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the contract.

14. Our Right of Cancellation
14.1. If beyond our control, including manufacturers' or suppliers' inability to supply goods, we may cancel the agreement before delivery, promptly repaying any sums paid.
